Narrative:
Tipton Fire responded to 17 more calls this past year then it had the year before. While the majority of the calls still consisted of car accidents, grass fires, and mutual aid to other communities, there was a decrease in structure fires and a significant increase in motor vehicle fires. The ice storm in early 2007 provided a cluster of calls including car accidents and of course wires/poles down. The most destructive calls were a combine fire November 4th and a house fire April 22nd, which caused $90,000 and $20,000 worth of damage respectively.
The most active time of day was 3 pm and 8pm, while the most active day was Friday.
